Difficulty with billable hours if one works only in the office

Toxic work environment, particularly in the Lakewood office with current Branch management. Punitive actions taken on people who do not work more than 40 hours/week. Collaboration and friendliness is lacking; cannot trust coworkers. Snarky attitude from higher-ups. A large percentage of employees have left the Lakewood office for very similar reasons, leaving the office a sad, lonely desert that crushes employee spirit. Although I left a few years ago, I have continued to hear bad things. Turnover rate is astronomical. Diverse learning and working styles are not appreciated and employees are viewed as numbers rather than human beings. All of the interesting, funny, dynamic people who make work enjoyable are pushed out by competitive, jealous workaholics who continue to drive the company culture into the ground.
