Good pay & benefits. 401k company match is very good. Opportunities to advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Expected to work A LOT of hours - no work / life balance. If you're not Brazilian or speak Portuguese, you can only go so far up the chain. Be ready to do everything "the Brazilian way", because apparently they do everything right. Dirty, hot, dangerous environment. Company is constantly changing things, make sure you're drinking the Koolaid or you'll be looked at as a "sour apple".

No Loyalty, Treat you like a number instead of a person. Never had appropriate resources to do the job. HR ran the company not the customer !!

Cons

Poor management and high turnover. Lack of focus on core business and they are constantly trying to reinvent the wheel in a commodity sales environment. Reduced bonus structure or lack there of for a few years now.
