      I can't see any pros lately

      Cons

      Bad decisions made in Brazil and at the highest levels in the North America business division led to lots of plants closed or sold, people laid off and lost of focus on its vision and mission. Managers have seen their total compensation shrinking down to 25%, good workers leaving the boat and who remains there is putting much more hours to have things fixed.

      Pros

      Great company for individuals looking to learn a little of everything. The company is not afraid to take you out of your comfort zone - means exposure to new and challenging projects. Excellent benefits and encourages community engagement.

      Cons

      Morale extremely low, too slow to modernize, lack of diversity. Those part of the good old boys club get promoted, otherwise, upward mobility is only achieved for those who leave or find a new opportunity.
