      Pros

      I am thankful for all the learning opportunities and wonderful experiences I have had as a part of this team. My peers are like no other. Even the experienced and tenured ones are humble and still offer support to newbies.

      Pros

      I love working at Geritom. The people are amazing and professional. Although our job is complex, nothing is too complicated for a supportive team.

      Cons

      However, no company is perfect. We have our downsides, too. I suggest management consider adding more staff to delegate tasks more effectively. This will significantly improve employee well-being.

      The upper management is generous. They host events and celebrations. Plus, our superiors offer rewards for outstanding work.
