Interaction with customers, no one riding your back, it's a pretty chill job, good benefits whether your part-time or full time, employee perks that most other companies do not have.

Cons

Can't think of any off hand.

Pros

I value the clinical excellence and the high standards we maintain. Working at Geritom allows me to focus on accuracy and patient safety without the "retail rush" feel. It is rewarding to work for a company that is so well-respected by the group homes and facilities we serve. VP Pharmacy is an excellent boss and will support hard workers all the time.

Cons

I believe we could enhance our new-hire mentorship program to get people up to speed even faster. My advice to management is to continue the great work on facility outreach—it makes our jobs so much better when we have strong partnerships.
