      Pros

      I love that Geritom always promotes from within. I started as a regular staff member and have advanced to a leadership role in my time at Geritom. I feel as though my opinion and views are respected and encouraged. It is still a family-owned company, and it is a real privilege to be able to go and speak with the owner or CEO at any time. You don't feel like you are just a number here, you actually feel like a valued member of the organization and that you make a difference.

      Cons

      I think the pay and benefits are comparable to other small/medium sized companies, but it is definitely not quite what you would get at a larger publicly-traded corporation.

      Co-workers are like family. The mission of the company is to help vulnerable adults manage their health and medication needs. Working with other health care professionals in an effort to support our mutual clients is very rewarding.
