      Pros

      You get to talk with all sorts of different people, it challenges your problem solving skills. The owners (not managers) really value the employees and a few times a year will show their appreciation.

      Cons

      Very repetative. Same thing day in and out. If you're not BFF's with management, good luck getting anything you want or need, no promises are kept. Zero schedule flexibility. Very Catty/Gossipy/Backstabbing type of company.

      Interaction with customers, no one riding your back, it's a pretty chill job, good benefits whether your part-time or full time, employee perks that most other companies do not have.
