Pros
I love that Geritom always promotes from within. I started as a regular staff member and have advanced to a leadership role in my time at Geritom. I feel as though my opinion and views are respected and encouraged. It is still a family-owned company, and it is a real privilege to be able to go and speak with the owner or CEO at any time. You don't feel like you are just a number here, you actually feel like a valued member of the organization and that you make a difference.
Cons
I think the pay and benefits are comparable to other small/medium sized companies, but it is definitely not quite what you would get at a larger publicly-traded corporation.
