Pros

I love the non-retail environment because I can focus on my tasks without face-to-face customer stress. The on-site technician training program is a huge plus, as it helped me get licensed and build specialized skills like compounding.

Cons

The workspace can get very crowded with medication "homes" piled high, making it difficult to find the drugs we need quickly.

The culture here is truly second to none. I value the team-based atmosphere where everyone works toward shared goals, the autonomy I'm given to practice pharmacy, and the way management rewards high performers with quarterly lunches and gift cards.

Cons

The company can be a bit slow to adapt when workloads suddenly increase, which can lead to temporary bottlenecks.
