Great place to work, but not forever

Pros

Flexibility, international, informal, entrepreneurial, opportunities for continuous learning

Cons

Very flat management that translates in very little guidance and supervision. Hard to grow inside the organization (maximum 4-5 years.) Very convening oriented for a think tank.

Pros

If you get some great tasks to do, its true fun and great experience - lots of insightful events. They do hire former interns regularly! Beware it's only partly a thinktank - more producing op-eds than reports; and the emphasis is on connecting to/across the atlantinc high-level stakeholders through (closed) events.

Cons

The whole experience depends highly on your supervisor - if you don't get cool tasks, it's literally sitting around wasting your time. Thus I was perfectly fine with just pursuing it part-time, no one ever complained.
