Pros

- a great team with different interesting project areas - relaxed atmosphere in the office, independent work encouraged - open atmosphere between colleagues, who support each other across teams - international office, English main language - flexible structures and policies allow for experimentation and innovation

Cons

- organisational structures are often unclear and responsibilities not clearly allocated, which makes coordination (especially across different offices) difficult - no long-term opportunities for junior staffers and no transparency about such a policy, which leads to disappointment and a feeling of not being appreciated - some structures are rather rigid

Pros

If you get the chance to work on issues in a way that actually has an impact, the work at GMF can be incredibly fulfilling. The people at GMF are amazing and are the main reason for its incredible success.

Cons

Severely lacking HR department. Total confusion and mis-messaging on compensation. Junior staff works incredibly hard for unacceptably low pay.
