Pros

overall nice colleagues who want to work

Cons

awful management style from the Executive Office under the current CEO H. Conley, lay offs done in dubious ways, disprespect for local labor laws in satellite offices, high voluntary turn over, financial turmoils. It used to be a great organisation with a very good reputation in the USA and especially in Europe - sadly, no more.
