- opportunity to meet high-level people - growth opportunity (slow) - ability to travel to interesting program locations -good technical (IT) support -good communication tools *mail, digests, news, updates available for everybody, etc*

Cons

- low pay for local staff -almost no social benefits and expatriation allowances -no cultural cohesion across offices -micromanagement -all depends on your luck with your colleagues, otherwise no one is responsible for discriminatory and bad organizational practices.

- a great team with different interesting project areas - relaxed atmosphere in the office, independent work encouraged - open atmosphere between colleagues, who support each other across teams - international office, English main language - flexible structures and policies allow for experimentation and innovation

Cons

- organisational structures are often unclear and responsibilities not clearly allocated, which makes coordination (especially across different offices) difficult - no long-term opportunities for junior staffers and no transparency about such a policy, which leads to disappointment and a feeling of not being appreciated - some structures are rather rigid
