entrepreneurial environment, solid mission, well intentioned, several stellar well respected programs

Cons

operations and finances are very poorly managed, lacks clear focus, continuous funding challenges, poor attempts at fundraising with consistency, serious lack of transparency and weak internal communications

Pros

In GMF it's all about who you work for, whether you'll have a ton of free time or be busy regularly with important work to do. The good part is most people seem to have this experience!

Cons

It would be nice if interns were paid, or if there was a travel stipend.
