There are many friendly people. The benefits are good. You can learn a lot coming in at an entry level position.

Cons

It is all about who you know. Upper management will not even speak to you if you are not in their “clique”. They preach honesty and trust but often do the exact opposite. Some will say they are transparent but that is because they are the “IN” crowd. Senior leaders can walk around saying fire me and get away with their obnoxious behavior. Employees are afraid to speak out under some senior leaders for fear of retaliation.
