If you’re not part of the good ole boy club, then you will not thrive here. Promotions don’t come based on what you know, it’s based on who you know and what you can do to further their career. They say they have an open door policy, but don’t go thru it because if you do, they will find a way to punish you by passing you up for promotions or put you on a yellow or red form. The people that get promoted are not the strongest candidates. Lack of leadership and they are always fighting amongst themselves. Extremely high turnover of adjusters and there are more looking to walk out the door. The pay structure is below average. Senior leadership is clueless as to what’s going on and they are all out for themselves. They say they’re transparent but they are far from it.
