Pros

Helping charities and non-profits to maximize their fundraising efforts and to achieve their goals is an incredible experience and opportunity. Doing it with a company that genuinely cares about their partners success is even better! Auctions By Cellular has an incredible culture built on a "can do" attitude. Everyone in the company including the senior leadership team is actively engaged in the business on a daily basis making every effort to help their team and partners succeed.

Cons

If you don't like rolling up your sleeves and getting into the action, this is not the place for you.

After spending 15+ years in the hospitality industry, I made the decision to change my career path, joining the ABC family. It's been one of the best decisions of my professional career - helping charities run their events and raise more money is very rewarding! Leadership keeps their clients and employee's best interest in mind.

Cons

The biggest opportunity is that we are not in every market, but we are doing everything in our power to change this fact and be everywhere our charity partners need us!

Culture - Everyone that I have met who works at Auctions By Cellular is extremely nice. The environment creates a Win - Win situation for the employees so everyone is there to support each other.
