Loved working with clients and seeing their progress.

Cons

Model is outdated! Exercises repeated on 12 week basis. No room for change. Managers worked to death! How do you go from 100+ franchises to 40 in 4 years!

Working for a young franchise driven by profit not values is less than ideal. Success depends heavily on managers and ownership.
