Good experience but not worth it long term

Pros

You will get a lot of good experience working with 100+ clients. It forces you to think on your feet and really learn how to train to the individual. Clients come in as part of a program so you don't have to find/fight for your own clients.

Cons

Upper management sets unrealistic goals and there isn't much support to reach sales goals. Trainers are pushed to sell which takes away from training.
