Pros

You can find really good and nice women to talk, share your experience , but also women who make you feel very uncomfortable to the point to give you hard time.

Cons

Underpaid , no chances to grow , manager is focused more on numbers than quality of workout and nutrition plan , it should named Get in Shape for Elite women , who can afford this program? Doctors , nurses , dentist , so it is not for everyone, you work your butt off for long hours no breaks, every 1/2 hour you get 4 sometimes 3 women to train , a dragging program , you repeat and repeat and you can't wait to get out of there, very overwhelmed . A few women are still there who don't make any progress for 3 or more years , but they keep there because is about income, unbelievable sales goals . I hope new personal trainers finding a better place to get in the fitness area to start, get in shape for women is a joke ! Stay away!

Pros

This was a wonderful experience. It takes a special person to do t his job. YOU MUST BE PASSIONATE about helping women in every area of life and especially getting them healthier. The more committed you are the more successful you are all areas of the model. Fantastic concept that really worked well for the customer to obtain results. Every day brings new challenges. You will need to be on your toes and keep high awareness. Its exciting.

Cons

If you are doing your work well, you WILL BE working from dusk til dawn and more. Every month you have to hit a base number to make payroll and expenses. YOU start at zero the 1st of every month. So really primary focus is on $$$ and stress can be high as you MUST service, sell, manage and get results for your ladies no matter how tired and overworked you are.. keep going its a new month.

Pros

clients are provided for you, great place to get experience in early career stages, great business model

Cons

over worked-under paid, clients can be toxic and still kept in program, split shifts, little to no growth. No opportunity to be creative. Founder is a complete joke! Sales guy not a true health professional.
