Pros

Paid time off, paid training

Cons

To begin, when you drive up you can't find the building and homeless people are constantly hanging out around the building, next to the liquor store. The clinic inside is disgusting, I would never let my kid sit on those disgusting floors. The office is a hostile environment, you never knew what you were coming into. I do not recommend this company. Upper Management is a joke! The BC's and BCBA's are passive aggressive towards therapists, BC and BCBA's will go behind your back. They're extremely lazy, bill direct hours when they're not physically there. Text you at all of hours of the day and night. CEO and the Manager would send passive aggressive emails about new policies that were outrageous. The polices were never followed by management, but forced upon therapists and written up if not followed or agreed upon. What happened to a positive environment? HA, doesn't exist at this company. I felt like I could never have a break from work. Therapists are not valued or respected. We would be assigned to work 9-11 hour days and would not be assigned a lunch break, we were forced to take our lunch breaks in our car on our way to our next client. Mandatory equipment never worked, forced to use our phones, but never compensated for it. CEO pretends to care about staff and clients, but only cares about next vacation to Hawaii. CEO guarantees hours, but the hours are at a lower rate and that is not disclosed within contract. Always preached that there was growth in this company, and room to make more, but whenever it was brought up it was always pushed to the side. Not reimbursed for mandatory testing When in need of assistance, pertaining scheduling or clients the phone in office would never be answered or responded within a timely matter. DO NOT WORK HERE
