Pros

1: Highly skilled management who know how to accomplish their goals. 2: Best health benefits I've ever seen. 3: Great pay and flexible hours. 4: Lunch catered Tuesday and Thursdays 5: Excellent company culture

Cons

It's not necessarily the companies fault. However because of insurance policies and standards changing constantly. It makes the development somewhat difficult at times.

GetInsured continues to be a growing business in a changing market. Since the new administration took office, there have been several failed health bills, and there are a lot of open questions as to what the future holds in regards to health insurance in this country. Course corrections are natural and expected during times like these. Workforce reductions are never taken lightly, or executed easily, but in our ever-changing marketplace, we need to continue to make decisions that are best for the company, despite heavy hearts.

We want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I assure you, each review is discussed internally. Turnover is natural in our industry — especially now. Since the new administration took office, there have been several failed health bills, and there are a lot of open questions as to what the future holds in regards to health insurance in this country. We can say that while many agents were hired into full-time positions, many were brought on with the understanding that their tenure was seasonal, and while the end of a role is never pleasant, for many this was expected. All of our agents received training and licensing at no cost to them, which they have the benefit of carrying with them. We recognize that the timing of these changes is not ideal, but unfortunately, our business is tied to enrollment windows that we have no control over. These workforce reductions are never taken lightly, or executed easily, but in our ever-changing marketplace, we need to continue to make decisions that are best for the company, despite heavy hearts.
