Excitement and opportunity of a start-up plus the advantages of an established but still growing company based in Silicon Valley. Need I say more?

Cons

Lots to do and never enough time to do it all but that shouldn't be a surprise in an industry like this at a time like this. Why would you expect something different?

- A fast-moving and team-oriented environment. Everyone is collaborative and helps each other work through problems. - A wide variety of work and projects to be a part of. You're not repeating the same work over and over again, but instead encounter new and exciting projects to work through. - Great office culture and an extremely friendly work environment.

Cons

GetInsured has experienced rapid growth recently, so there are some operational kinks to work out. However, the management team is constantly striving to be better for their employees and customers.
