Pros
The work is challenging and you may be asked to wear different hats, but you'll learn a lot, and there are a lot of brilliant people here, so you'll be networking with great folks. Your hunger and thirst will be taken care of, as lunch is catered twice a week and the kitchen is stocked with drinks, snacks and a coffee machine. You'll be working with all of the tools and assets that you need to succeed, and if they're not available, it's not hard to ask to get them.
Cons
Like most other tech companies in the Bay Area, things move extremely quickly and you may get inundated with work, however, everyone here is realistic and understanding, so long as you set expectations and are accountable.
