The company, office, and people are nice, but the managers are terrible.

Nice office, nice and well-intentioned teammates.

Cons

The managers are terrible. There are some managers, including engineering managers, who have been with the company since its early days. These people only give titles and high salaries to those who get along well with them and flatter them. Even if you are the best software developer in the world, you cannot surpass those managers if you do not flatter them.
