      Senior developers are nice and they try to help most of the time

      Cons

      Human resources is a freak show in this company, you would not believe it. Even though everyone was working from remote and that was what they agreed on in when they were signed the contracts, Getir announced that they abolish remote-working completely and expect everyone to come to the office 5 days in a week without giving any solid reason. This is insane, most of the people including me are will leave our job soon. Do not work for this company, they do not care about their workers or anything.

      Compensation is not bad but not so great. You may learn new technologies, the company allows trying new things.

      Cons

      Work / Life is imbalanced. You may need to do extra work. Deadlines are terrible.
