Pros

Great culture, good work-life balance. On the front edge of technology, continually experimenting with new things. Business is exciting and relevant.

Cons

Not a clear growth path for the product owner it seems. Not sure what role you transition to in the future.

Pros

Great set of Leadership Principals that are lived every day. New CEO is passionate about the company mission and future. Awesome benefits: Paid Maternity/ Paternity, Adoption, great medical, dental, vision coverage. 401(k) match (4%) is automatically vested. Great, smart people, fun culture (lots of events), and excellent work/ life balance. Not a huge company - but a great global presence. You get to work for a company that is the best at what they do!

Cons

Since the company isn't huge, not everyone can get promoted. You have to look for opportunities in other ways. PTO could be improved.
