Pros

They sell your pictures better than anyone, and their software is better than anyone's. They will kill anyone to get a sale. This is a good thing.

Cons

They will kill anyone to get a sale. This also includes freelancers shooting events instead of staffers. If you suck, they will make you shoot a ton of events where you could not possibly get a sale.

Pros

Getty has core Values that it puts in practice and truly lives up to them. Here at Getty you will find that the only people who are unhappy are the ones that are not working towards personal and company progression. Getty looks out for its employees and provides many opportunities for growth and even education reimbursement (which they make super easy to obtain!). Current Leadership shows an understanding of where technology needs to go and how to get it there efficiently and without breaking its employees or requiring them to put Getty over their families.

Cons

Continue to make sure Getty values align with employee and company growth and you will continue to be one of the best places anyone in Seattle would have the opportunity to work at!
