I am not sure where you are located, but we offer benefits to all employees, regardless of where they are located. Our Benefits team also takes the time to do market research each year to ensure that we are always competitive in the market with our offerings. If we are not competitive, we look for ways to enhance our offerings. In terms of evaluations, we have a standard performance review process, which is the same for all employees across the board, regardless of their position or level. The purpose of this is to maintain consistency and provide the same opportunities to all.
