Pros

Product and basic salary , so far only this points I can feel it's pros.

Cons

Keep changes in every week , cheat my incentive asking to accept payout cap before end quarter payout. Achieved too high

no career opportunites - they look for new people instead of hiring their own in better positions

A huge brand with global recognition. Opportunity to work across a number of different products. Good people.

Cons

Hard to progress as many of the senior people staying still, could be more dynamic. In need of real leadership if is going to weather current storm.
