Pros

if you love everything about corporate America and are mildly interested in high quality photographs this is the right place for you.

Cons

increasing profits for its venture capitalist owners is the main focus of the company, very little else matters. pointless reorganisations without consulting existing staff. very rigid workflows and too many problems with the underlying technology.

Pros

Great culture, good work-life balance. On the front edge of technology, continually experimenting with new things. Business is exciting and relevant.

Cons

Not a clear growth path for the product owner it seems. Not sure what role you transition to in the future.
