Pros

They bring in food at the end of the quarter.

Cons

If you want your commissions to be paid in food this is the place for you. Instead of paying the employees they look for reasons not to.

Pros

I get to work along smart, fun and interesting people. The culture is geared towards an environment of collaboration. It's never boring, there are always new and interesting challenges to work on. It's a fast paced company and a strong performer does not need to fear making a mistake when taking a risk.

Cons

Because it is a small'ish company there are not a lot of layers, it's relatively flat so this could be perceived as limiting to career advancement. However, if you are a strong performer and you are interested in doing more or adjusting your career track, leadership will try to help you achieve your goals.
