Hi, there! Thank you so much for reviewing your time as a Getty Images employee. As a company, we work really hard to ensure employees have competitive benefits. We consistently evaluate our offerings and it's always helpful to hear feedback directly from employees. Our Flexible Work Principles support the idea of positive work/life balance, allowing employees to work in ways that best suit them, as long as they maintain the ability to support the business while doing so. Our Global Morale Committees also put in a lot of work to plan wonderful events for our employees to ensure everyone remains connected as possible, even in a remote working space. I appreciate your feedback on maternity leave. As mentioned, we do consistently evaluate our offerings and feel our maternity leave offering is competitive, however, we do take employee feedback seriously and will ensure this is something we evaluate moving forward.
