Pros

Nice people to work with. Great Flex-Time and health insurance. Office is clean and somewhat modern. Local Human Resources missed the mark for over two years while in the position.

Cons

They are in a conundrum as they used to be a "Boys Club" and since the #metoo they are now a "Girls Club" and they seem to be missing the point entirely on what it means to be a feminist. Hard pressure from middle management up to partake in surveys. Communication is poor most of the time and hard work and tenure doesn't seem to be a priority from senior leadership.

Cons

Place lacks respect for employee values. This may not be true for entire company and maybe limited to specific departments. Stay away if you are a Muslim and dare to fast during Ramadan (this can be used against you as anti social and not a team player).
