COVID-19 was an unprecedented time for most, if not all, organizations as we worked tirelessly to support our employees and be as transparent as possible around decisions that were being made. We were proud that we were able to maintain a full staff throughout the pandemic and did not have any layoffs or furloughs. This is a significant period of time and we appreciate your commitment over the years. As an organization, we strive to be one of the greatest places you will ever work through our Flexible Working Principles, our high-coverage benefits, our unique culture, and the high caliber of employees we hire. It is great to hear that these aspects contributed to a positive experience for you. With that being said, you are correct that we have high staff retention rates, which is something we are very proud of. However, this should not inhibit your ability to grow and develop, but rather expand your learning since you are surrounded by folks with significant industry knowledge. If you have concerns over your career progression, I encourage you to either chat with your manager or functional HR Business Partner. Since we recently moved to quarterly check-ins, there should be many opportunities to facilitate this conversation.
