Pros

-Flexible work hours and location -Can work on projects -recognize good behavior -take on feedback well -Company is willing to adapt and improve -Amazing imagery and company that shapes the way people view the world -High pay for what you do.

Cons

-Little to no job opportunities -Company tends to hire new roles to outside than within. -Diverse company where all senior leadership are old white men. -Currently seeking ways to improve the customer experience by only investing in technology and not training staff. -Training is all up to you. Only get 1 catch up a week. -Constant feeling of chasing targets and little time is given for self development, but always highly encouraged. -Many staff only stay because of pay - work culture is pretty stale

Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us to hear our employee's perspectives on what we are doing well and where there may be areas of opportunity. As an organization, we want to ensure that all of our employees are engaged and challenged in their roles and are aware of opportunities to move throughout the organization. Every Monday, our Talent Acquisition team posts internal and external openings to the Recruiting Slack channel to peak the interest of those who may be looking to move cross-functionally or who may have a referral. If you have not yet had a chance, I encourage you to join this channel. Further, through our Leadership Principles, we are committed to fostering a culture that is inclusive of different voices, perspectives, and experiences. This is evident through some of the initiatives that have been introduced over the past two years, including the implementation of Employee Resource Groups, the creation of subcommittees on the Global Advisory Committee that focus on culture and hiring, and the newly implemented quarterly Diversity and Inclusion Accountability Reports that measure our progress and holds leadership accountable to the commitments made. Of course, there is always room to evolve and grow, especially in the representation of leaders. Programs such as the Getty Images Amplified Mentoring Program are geared toward our racially and ethnically diverse communities, with the goal of increasing the connection between leadership through the mentor:mentee relationship and mapping out advancement and impact opportunities. Continuous growth and development is a priority at Getty Images. Employees can access a variety of trainings through The Lab and through our Udemy subscription. The Culture and Development site also houses interpersonal skills and people manager toolkits and trainings. The Sales Enablement team drives Sales-specific training both within the Service org and in other areas as well. If you feel that these resources are not easily accessible, please connect with your functional HR Business Partner for additional support. Given that you are a current employee, I urge you to reach out to myself (carly.etzin@gettyimages.com), Lizanne Vaughan our CPO, or a member of our HR Business Partner team to share more insight on your experience. I am confident we can address your concerns and improve your experience as an employee here. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While the past year and a half has been full of change, we have strived to enhance and grow our culture so that it resonates with employees working remotely. Some of these initiatives have included creating well-being resources for employees and parents, expanding our Benefits coverage to include Teledoc services, planning engaging morale committee events, celebrating Heritage months virtually, and expanding our Diversity and Inclusion commitments. There is no doubt it has been a challenging year, but our Leadership Team has prioritized transparency and honesty at every stage. I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with leadership, and would love to learn more about your interaction to identify any gaps and work to improve. If you are willing to discussing this further, please feel free to reach out to me at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com.
