Pros
Okay location in the International District of Seattle. Near to bus, ferries, good food. There are some really nice people working here, but most of them are miserable. Benefits are fair-to-middling. Work-life balance is pretty great. That's the nicest thing I can really say about this place.
Cons
Upper management has been there way too long and they don't take new ideas easily - not even when that's why they hired you. Constant turnover and attrition are a major problem. Business side has absolutely no idea how to grow the business aggressively. They talk a lot about wanting to do it, but don't have any clue on how to use the tools they have. Tech side seems to function better, if only because they have a real infrastructure which the business side completely lacks. Silos on the business side are made worse by geography - marketing is in NY and London, e-commerce is in Seattle, products are everywhere...it's a nightmare to try and get anything done that moves any sort of needle.
