Pros

Decent pay, you get to go home at the end of the day, great location. CEO seems like a nice guy.

Cons

CYA culture. Feckless middle management whose approach to everything is "throw under the bus first, ask questions later", miserable employees, limited opportunity. Their whole "no silos" slogan is a steaming pile of bullsh. This company is more silo'd than a North Korean hillside.

Pros

Nice products Employees try to survive - daily. In most cases great teamwork locally and centrally

Cons

Internal management problems (locally) Shareholder value is the only value that counts in this bankers culture institution (not at all an agency). History of the oil company is present everywhere: Pressure and no respect of people and their nature

Pros

Getty Images has interesting products with good branding in the industry. It's not too big so can be nimble when required.

Cons

It has a hire and fire culture, I have seen 2 of my managers being fired when once upon a time, they were stars in the company. Constant restructuring so very unsettling. Old boys club....managers have tendency to hire own kind.
