Pros

Great work culture, fair pay and nice colleagues; the company has a flexible attitude to work arrangements, and the work-life balance is great.

Cons

Not many layers of management, so promotions are a little hard to come by at first look - but it's early days for me yet so can't fully comment on cons.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share feedback on your experience thus far at Getty Images. We understand that it can be challenging to meet and build relationships with employees from other offices. With this in mind, we recently began using Donut, which is a Slack plug-in that pairs employees across regions and functions for brief meet and greets. If you have any questions around how to use this tool, please reach out to your local HR Business Partner. Thank you for your contributions to Getty Images in your time here so far and for sharing this valuable feedback.
