Horrible place

Business Outlook

Pros

No pros, at first you’ll get lots of promises, but don’t be fooled.

Cons

Toxic environment. Hard work is not rewarded. Most of the managers are only in their positions because anyone decent left. They have a hierarchy type approach and all the employees below them actually doing all the work are treated badly. No work life balance, unattainable targets, no proper support from management.

Hi! Thank you so much for your review. We work hard to ensure our employees are compensated fairly and competitively, so I'm happy to hear you feel pay is a benefit to working for Getty Images! We also work to ensure our managers are leading by example, specifically by following our Operating Principles and our Leadership Principles. I appreciate your feedback on job titles and competition. We want all employees to feel they have an equal opportunity to move up within the company. We love that we have so many long-term employees, but understand this can make it more difficult for higher roles to become available. We do suggest that employees have conversastions with their managers, though, to discuss career development. The upcoming mid-year check-in conversations between employee and manager are a great starting point for that conversation! As always, your HR Business Partner is available as well. If you have any additional feedback in this regard, or on any other topic, please feel free to reach out to me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!
