Hi, there! Thanks so much for your review! I'm really glad to see you've had a positive experience as an employee at Getty Images! I also appreciate your interest in wanting to advance within the company. We certainly love that our employees have long tenure with us but understand it can be frustrating if you're looking to move into a higher position. We work hard to create an environment that provides equal opportunities to all employees in terms of growing their career with us. As we move into mid-year performance reviews, this is a great opportunity to speak with your manager about your interests and career goals to ensure you're both aligned. Having these conversations regularly can help with career development and moving your professional goals forward. We also encourage employees to take advantage of their regular 1:1 meetings with their managers for these conversations as well. Your HR Business Partner is also always open to chatting about career advancement. If you have anything else you would like to discuss about this, or any other topic, feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!
