Pros

The product we sell/deliver is enough to make anyone to want to be a part of this company; from still images to multimedia, it is all great to be a part of. Great location by the river.

Cons

Middle Management is about as inefficient and clueless as it gets. Prime example of the saying "There is never enough time to do something right the first time around, but plenty to do it wrong". Promotions from "within" to middle management has proved to be a huge weakness, since promoting a failed technician will never give you a successful manager. Director's pick and choose who they 'like' and those are treated fairly; everyone else, if you do not like it, "you can leave". The Leadership Principles exist only on paper, and they do look great hanging on the cube partitions; do not ever expect to use any of them, as a viable means to question management's way to treat people.

Pros

Work-life balance, Compensation, Little to no political gaming, benefits, products are creative and have positive global impact, hard problems to solve keep you interested

Cons

Culture can be fairly risk adverse and does not like top-down decision makers, may not be a good fit for those who dislike having to get a large amount of buy in before implementing a course of action
