      River side location, good company and business.

      Cons

      Majority are white employees. Cultural diviversity is very limit. racial discrimination is subconscious.

      Pros

      The culture of the office is welcoming and accepting among the rank and file. Generally speaking it is a pleasant place to work.

      Cons

      RE: Chicago Sales - Particularly in the Chicago office, there is no where to go. More attention is being given to Learning and Development, however the result is irrelevant quizzing of employees, not continued education. Seems to be putting the horse in front of the cart there. The only thing measured in one's career is their ability to manage up. Work ethic, leadership, honesty and even at times Revenue numbers don't matter.
