Hello - thank you for your review and for all the work you've done as a Getty Images employee. We agree that working with the world's best photographers is an incredible part of the job! I am sorry to hear you feel promotions are dependent on corporate politics. We have a very specific process in place to ensure employees are given proper, timely feedback in their current role, and also to create a space where they can speak with their manager about potential new roles. We have career ladders available to everyone, which allow transparency in next steps and how to progress your career. Your manager should be having career conversations with you during 1:1 meetings or quarterly check-ins. If you feel this isn't happening, please also know your Human Resources Business Partner is available as well. All employees are given equal opportunity to discuss career growth and progression. If you have specific instances or examples you'd like to share, or any additional feedback you'd like to discuss, feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com
