      Pros

      Colleagues are not only exceptional in their field but all so nice too. It's a really amazing place to work and the people make it like home. Fully embraced flexible work practises. My role is varied and I'm always moving onto new exciting and rewarding projects. Strong morals and ethics to move the world with amazing images. Managers care about their reports.

      Cons

      Working cross functionally and across timezones can mean some evening meetings.

In terms of lack of investment in education, I would love to hear more details if you're willing to share. As a starting point, we do offer Udemy for Business, which is an extensive catalog of free online courses for employees. These courses cover a large area of subject matters and can be taken during the workday to help further an employee's development in various areas. In addition to this, we have a large library of Work Ramp courses that provide additional knowledge to employees on company topics and policies.
