Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience as a full time employee in our Sales organisation. We are proud of the employee wellbeing resources that our Culture & Development team has curated. The multi-faceted toolkit focuses on all dimensions of the human well-being experience - social wellness, emotional/mental wellness, intellectual wellness, environmental wellness, physical wellness, occupational wellness, and spiritual wellness. Combined with our generous flexible working principles, we hope to optimize the ability to balance life and work. While our Sales team certainly has competitive targets, there are a ton of folks behind you to help drive performance and success. I encourage you to chat with your manager, connect with the Sales Enablement team, and to work with one of our Sales trainers to help manage some stress that you feel with the role. Overall, we thank you for your contributions to Getty Images!

Thank you for sharing your perspective as a freelance illustrator. As a contractor, there are limitations with autonomy in regards to certain aspects of decision making and pricing. I encourage you to check our Careers page for full time opportunities that may mitigate some of the parameters you feel in the contingent space. Hello! Thank you for your review! Firstly, I want to say I'm glad you feel our transparency, benefits, and work approach are working for you. We always want our employees to understand the future of the business and how we look to move the world, supporting our "We are trustworthy, transparent, and honest" Leadership Principle. We are also always evaluating our benefits offerings to ensure we remain competitive globally. Finally, our Flexible Work Principles are so important to us a company, to ensure our employees take a life-first approach, working in ways that support them best. Being a fast-moving, global company, we know information can be overwhelming. We do our best to present the information in many ways, including monthly All Hands meetings, Craig's posts, Slack channels, and weekly newsletters, to name a few. We hope these various methods help employees select a way to gather information in a way that's digestible for them, but we are always open to suggestions! In terms of your advice to management regarding pay structure, I would love to hear more about your specific concerns so we can address them. Please feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!
