Hi, there! Thank you so much for your review and thank you also for your work throughout the past 20+ years! This longevity is an incredible accomplishment! We cultivate a team environment at Getty Images and by following our Leadership Principles, ensure we have no silos, creating a space where we share goals and accountability. We hope this encourages employees to take the opportunity to speak with our CEO, Craig, about their ideas and suggestions for moving the business forward. We also take the experiences and perspectives of all employees very seriously, understanding that each individual's perspective lends itself to our company's success. Thank you for any ideas you've shared with us throughout the last 20 years; we wouldn't be the company we are today without employees like you! If you have any specific suggestions regarding how to help employees contribute their creative ideas, I would love to hear them! Please reach out to me with any feedback at any time at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

Hello! Thank you for your review of Getty Images! I'm glad to see you feel there are so many pros to working for our organization! We certainly want to set all employees up for success and believe part of that begins with providing a flexible, hybrid working environment so that employees can work in ways that make them most successful. Promoting our Leadership Principles ensures that everyone is on the same page, and we lead with "We are trustworthy, transparent, and honest", which creates an open environment where employees feel a sense of trust and open communication. We are always looking at team structure, evaluating ways in which we can improve to move the business forward while also providing the best resources for all employees. This also allows for promotional opportunities, creating an equal opportunity for anyone who wishes to grow in their role or into other roles within the business. We know there are facets of the business that are complex, so we do our best to create top-notch training materials through Work Ramp, department SharePoint sites, and Zoom calls. If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding trainings that could be helpful to image licensing or any other areas, please feel free to reach out to me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

Hi, there! Thank you so much for the work you've done at Getty Images throughout the last 10+ years! I am so glad you've had such an incredible experience as an employee, so thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We aim to make Getty Images the best place you'll ever work, and we are proud of the benefits that make this true; it sounds like you've had a great experience with those benefits, and I am so glad to hear it. Thank you, also, for your recommendation to continue the learning and development programs. This is certainly something we will keep moving forward. We have new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) coming down the pipeline, as well as morale activities to celebrate the traits that make all of our employees unique. Our Culture and Development team is also continuously developing new trainings, both through Zoom and in Work Ramp, and we offer Udemy for Business, an online learning platform for those who want to extend their learnings just a little but farther. If you have any other suggestions for continued learning and development programs, or if there is anything else you'd like to share, please feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!
