- Great culture, inclusive, open and transparent (very much driven by top-level management) - Great people - Exciting creative industry - Flexible work environment - Rewarding role, autonomous but with clear goals - Excellent, well-respected brand - Recently publicly listed

- Zoom fatigue can be a big thing - Workloads can be heavy if not properly managed. - Initiatives sometimes can be flash in the pan
