It is great to hear that your experience mirrors this. However, in response to your concerns around compensation, our Total Rewards team conducts annual pay-equity reports to ensure that employee's compensation remains fair to industry and market standards and makes adjustments where needed. Our more recent company-wide benchmarking initiative took this a step further and provided a functional & HR partnership to review every single role that exists at the organization to ensure that we have accurately outlined level, responsibilities, and awarded fair compensation to those elements.
