Hello and thank you for posting a Glassdoor review, and for your contributions with Getty Images while you worked here. It is great to hear that your interactions with colleagues were positive and that you took part in our unique and special culture and product. We pride ourselves on these two elements and dedicate tremendous time and resources for continuous improvement. However, I am so sorry to hear that your experience with management was poor. We have high expectations of our leaders and of those who are in management positions, including that they are demonstrating the LPs in their day to day interactions. One of which being, "We care, are kind, courteous, and respectful." If you would be open to sharing more, please reach out to me at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you and happy new year!

Thank you for your feedback and for your contributions over the past 5-7 years! We have been quite fortunate to built a unique culture of kind, caring, respectful, fun, talented and collaborative individuals who are truly passionate about the work they are doing and our products. It is great to see that this is the culture you are experiencing as well! While we work to maintain salaries that are competitive in the market, we recognize that there is always opportunities to do better and have a highly skilled Compensation team who reviews comp to ensure pay equity. If you have any concerns around your pay, I encourage you to reach our to your manager or your HR Business Partner. I am also here as a resource and can be reached at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you and take care!

Pros

First and foremost, even more than the fact that I get to work in a field that is a pure passion of mine, are the people that make up Getty Images. It's incredible that I have had so much positive and really no negative experience with Getty personnel, that I've made some of my closest and longest running friends, and that they're the best in the business - whom I get to learn from and be inspired by on a daily basis. Whether they were/are administrative staff, editors, photographers, Senior level management, reception, freelance or staff - the people I've met have been remarkably and consistently exceptional. And most of all, the support I get from my direct team here in NYC. I am so grateful for all of this. The education and experience I have obtained and continue to, not only on photography, but life-navigation lessons, on so many levels through travel and especially by interacting on so many levels with so many different types of people from so many different parts of the planet and industries and life right here where I'm based in New York City. Outside of work, I am leading a happy, healthy interesting life, and I feel I am able to do so because of the positive capacity and well being that is my mentality. And this is largely due to the lifestyle *that is my work, and the support and harmony I get from Getty and my team directly. I can go on and on about the pro's I continue to experience at Getty, but I'm going to end with the fact that Getty has always had my back, has been so supportive of me. This has been demonstrated directly time and again over my 17 years here, as being "in the field", traveling, and dealing with some unforeseen hurdles life throws at you is challenging enough as it is. For one's company to have your back without any indication of doubt because you've worked hard and proved loyal, is invaluable, the gratitude is immeasurable. **All three CEOs I have worked under have given nothing short of an elevated impression on me, as to what a CEO could and should be. It seems that Craig Peters, is on a whole other level of elevation. I can go on about this, but I believe it's obvious and understood as the consensus. So all must trickle down and hopefully rise up his way for positive momentum. And all of this goes ESPECIALLY for a big corporation (!!)

Cons

Really nothing that I can think of. Anything would be a stretch, especially considering the pro's.
